Profile and billing history

Opening your alallo profile

Click your email address in the top bar of the alallo dashboard to open your Profile. The Profile shows your email address, your role in the account ("Account owner" or "Team member"), and the account's alallo token balance, including the tokens currently in use by running jobs. The account owner (root user) can top up from the Profile.

Purchases and invoices in alallo

The Purchases table on the Profile lists every top-up of your alallo account, newest first: the date and time of the payment, the alallo tokens bought, and the amount paid. Each top-up comes with an invoice from our payment provider, Stripe. Click "Invoice" to open it; the invoice page lets you download a PDF. [TBD: company details and VAT on invoices.]

Usage of alallo tokens per job

The Usage table on the Profile lists your account's jobs, newest first: when each job started, the alallo tokens reserved for it, and the tokens it was charged once it ended. A job that is still running shows "running" until it ends. Click a job's name to open it. See Cancelling jobs and refunds for what a job costs when it is cancelled or fails.

Who can see alallo billing history

Every user of an alallo account can see the account's Profile billing history: purchases, invoices and usage. Only the account owner (root user) can top up.
